At this time, we do not offer a repair service for the Allurion Connected Scale. We recommend contacting your clinic to inquire whether they can provide a replacement or offer a new device for purchase.
Please note that the scale is typically covered under a 12-month warranty from the start date of your treatment.
All hardware replacements are done through the weight loss clinic.
