To connect the scale to the app, please follow these steps:
1. In your phone’s settings, confirm that the Bluetooth and Location Services are turned on for the Allurion App
2. Check the batteries in the scale.
3. Turn Bluetooth on in your phone.
4. Make sure the scale is placed on a firm, flat surface with weight evenly distributed and bare feet.
5. Please open the app and have your phone close to you while on the scale. Please continue standing on the scale until it runs its full cycle and the weight data will show in the app.
