Please review the following information to allow the scale to measure your biometric data:
1. In your phone’s settings, confirm that the Bluetooth and Location Services are turned on for the Allurion App (“Always Allow”)
2. Check the batteries in the scale. Take them out for 30 seconds and replace them if needed.
3. Make sure the scale is placed on a firm, flat surface with weight evenly distributed, and you step on the scale with dry, bare feet without socks
4. Please open the application and have your phone close to you while on the scale.
5. Continue standing on the scale until it runs its full cycle. It will flash your weight 3 times, you will see 3 dashes, and then it will sync to the app to display your biometric data.
Lastly, please ensure that your profile is completed correctly in the app. Your gender, age, and height must be accurate in order for the scale and the app to calculate your biometric parameters correctly. Please go to Allurion App > Menu in top left corner > Profile > confirm all data is accurate.
