Please recalibrate the scale by performing the following steps:
- If you have a white scale, press the reset button on the back to reset
- If you have the black scale, take out the batteries for 30 seconds, input batteries back in
- Place the scale on a solid, level surface
- Tap the scale gently with one foot to turn it on and calibrate it to display “0.0KG” or “0.0LB”
- Wait until the numbers turn off
- Open Allurion app and stand on the scale with both feet, without socks
