Firstly, please verify that you are assigned to the correct clinic in the Profile tab of the Allurion mobile app
Check that your reason for using the app is “clinic weight-loss program” instead of “tracking weight on my own”. After making any changes to your account, scroll down and tap “Save Profile”
Lastly, inform your provider that you are assigned to them correctly as per your Profile settings in the app, and they should now be able to find you on their platform and add your treatment start date
