Please delete the Allurion app from your old phone as the app will not work on 2 devices, the data synchronization and scale connection is being interrupted as the scale is searching for the Bluetooth connection to the previous phone.
If you no longer have your old phone, please recalibrate the scale so it forgets the connection to your old phone:
- If you have a white scale, press the reset button on the back to reset
- If you have the black scale, take out the batteries for 30 seconds, input batteries back in
- Place the scale on a solid, level surface
- Tap the scale gently with one foot to turn it on and calibrate it to display “0.0KG” or “0.0LB”
- Wait until the numbers turn off
- Open Allurion app and stand on the scale with both feet, without socks
