Firstly, please confirm you would like all your data deleted from our database. Please note, once this occurs, we will be unable to restore it in the future.
You can request account deletion via the Allurion app by going to Menu > Help & Support > Contact Us > Delete account. We will then confirm that we have received your email and ask you for identifying information as per the data protection regulations.
To process your request, please send us an email to help@allurion.com with the following identifying information:
1) First Name
2) Last Name
3) User Account Email
4) Date of Birth
5) Date of Balloon Placement (if applicable)
6) Reason for deleting the account
