Please follow these steps to reset your password:
1. From the account log in screen on the app, tap “reset password”
2. A verification code will be sent to your email, please check your JUNK or SPAM box if it is not in your Inbox.
3. Enter the verification code in the app.
4. Update your password. Passwords must be at least 10 characters long and contain at least 1 special characters, number, and capital letter.
5. Click Submit
