Verify that you have fully charged the HealthTracker watch with the charging station provided to you. There is a long button on the side of the watch to turn it on once it has been charged.
If it still does not turn on, please try the following:
1) press the button on the side of the watch once to turn on the screen
2) press and hold the button again until the screen asks if you want to turn off the watch
3) press "yes"
4) after one minute, press and hold to turn on the watch
