To get the data from Huawei watch to transfer to Allurion app, you need to use a third party fitness app that will collect and transfer the data.
You need to have the Huawei Health app, sync it to a compatible fitness app (Adidas, Strava or Nike app), then you can sync one of these apps to Google Health Connect, and then sync Google Health Connect to Allurion App.
These are the steps to do this:
1. Connect Huawei Health app to a fitness app:
Adidas app, Settings > Partner Accounts > Connect to Huawei Health
OR Nike app, Settings > Partners > Connect to Huawei Health
OR Strava app, Settings > Manage apps and devices > Connect a device to Strava > Huawei Health
2. Connect fitness app to Health Connect:
Open Google Play Store > search up Health Connect > open the app
Once in Health Connect, tap App permissions > allow all permissions for Allurion and the fitness app you chose
3. Sync Health Connect to Allurion app:
Allurion App > on the Home page, tap Steps > Add New Device > Health Connect > follow the prompts on the screen to allow permissions for data access
***We currently do not support direct connection with Huawei watch/app. Health Connect also does not currently support connection with Huawei Health as well. A third party app needs to be used to connect the apps and transfer the data.
