Please follow these steps to reset your password:
1. From the Insights log-in screen, click “reset password”
2. A password reset link will be sent to your email, please check your JUNK or SPAM box if it is not in your Inbox.
4. Update your password. Passwords must be at least 10 characters long and contain at least 1 special characters, number, and capital letter.
5. Click Submit
